Your serial number is on the warranty certificate emailed to you at installation. It is also embedded in the NFC chip applied to your vehicle (if your installer provided one).

Yes. For approved defect claims, labor and materials are covered in full by PROLAB and serviced through our authorized installer network.

PROLAB warranties are attached to the vehicle VIN. They transfer automatically with private vehicle sales for the remaining warranty period.

Physical damage from road debris, cuts or scratches, damage from improper chemicals or automated car washes with abrasive brushes, and installations performed by non-authorized shops.

Initial review within 5 business days. Resolution for approved claims within 14 business days from inspection.
