Japanese Precision Production

All PROLAB films are produced using the cast process — not calendered. Cast production maintains ±2 μm thickness uniformity.

Prolab Shield forms a covalent chemical bond with the vehicle's clear coat. The SiO₂ + TiO₂ matrix creates a glass-hard layer that is permanent under normal conditions.
